The Site

Trenton Bend, a new and upcoming subdivision, located on the south east corner of Trenton Street and Arkansas Road in West Monroe, Louisiana, is being developed to bring a sense of modern living to the residential area.

The subdivision will be a fenced community with two open entrances. The main entrance will be located toward the south on Otis Street, while the second entrance will be located at the east end of the property near the clubhouse.

Each of the twenty-five lots come with a variety of house plan options to build from according to resident's choice. The neighborhood will have a generous sidewalk running along the exterior of the fenced area, as well as include sidewalks that lead through the neighborhood. Centralized within this community, will be a park space with a large pavilion for gathering. Throughout the community, there will be two way streets and one way alleys that bring residents to their homes.
